Job summary

Lemontree Healthcare is seeking a dedicated EVS Housekeeper to join our Environmental Services team at West Monroe, LA. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness, safety, and infection control across patient rooms and public areas.

10:30pm-7:00am shift with full-time hours and competitive hourly pay. Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior healthcare housekeeping experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Healthcare cleaning experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect patient rooms, bathrooms, offices, hallways and public areas according to infection control standards.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and maintain cleanliness of surfaces.
• Empty trash, replace liners, and transport waste to disposal areas.
• Restock cleaning supplies and notify supervisors of shortages.
• Use PPE and follow safety protocols for sanitation procedures.
• Provide courteous, respectful service to patients, visitors, and staff.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and dignity during interactions.
• Report cleanliness or safety concerns to EVS supervisor or manager.
