Job summary

Metrocare Services is seeking a part-time Health and Safety Associate to support a trauma-informed environment. You will monitor facilities, assist clients and staff, and respond to safety incidents during evening shifts. The role emphasizes health and safety, documentation, and strong customer service in a care-focused setting.

Starting pay is $20 hourly (DOE). Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and some customer service experience, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required, 1–2 years of customer service preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; strong communication and customer-service focus.
• Ability to work in a trauma-informed, culture-aware environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service and assist staff, visitors, and clients.
• Perform health and safety patrols, report hazards, and coordinate with facilities.
• Maintain logs, reports, and environmental safety inspections as assigned.
• Open/close clinic, coordinate with security, and respond to emergencies.
