Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including hygiene and medication reminders.
• Observe and monitor client behavior, documenting changes and progress.
• Support clients in implementing individualized treatment plans and activities.
• Facilitate group and recreational activities to promote socialization and skill development.
• Assist clinical staff with assessments and care coordination.
