Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in a customer service position.
• Experience in working with vulnerable adult population or equivalent is desirable.
• Must be able to pass a background test.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Admissions, nursing, dietary, activities, and Social Services to assist in transition of new residents and families.
• Chart and document required care and/or socialization; respond to call lights and residents' needs within scope.
• Communicate with Nurses and Aides regarding residents' needs (medication requests, toileting, dietary needs, etc.).
• Participate in resident individual and group activities.
• Complete other duties as requested by the Administrator and/or Director of Nursing.
