Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and service-oriented Evening Part-Time Guest Service Agent / Shuttle Driver to join our hospitality team. This dynamic role combines front‑line guest interaction with shuttle driving responsibilities and hands‑on guest support throughout the property.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Services

• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Respond promptly to guest requests such as delivering towels, linens, toiletries, and other amenities
• Assist with room troubleshooting (TV, thermostat, key cards, Wi‑Fi connectivity, etc.)
• Address guest concerns and escalate issues when necessary
• Support front desk operations as needed

Shuttle Driving

• Safely operate the hotel shuttle to transport guests to and from designated locations (airport, local attractions, business centers, etc.)
• Assist guests with luggage loading and unloading
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of shuttle vehicle
• Follow all traffic laws and safety procedures

General Duties

• Perform light housekeeping support tasks when required
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Uphold brand standards and hotel policies at all times

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (required)
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle record check
• Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working independently during evening hours
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Compensation

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
