Glacier International Lodge in Kalispell is seeking an evening Guest Service Attendant to ensure a clean environment and facilitate guest service requests. This role requires attention to detail and a strong customer-oriented approach.

The ideal candidate will perform various cleaning activities, attend to guest needs, and maintain professionalism in service. Competitive wages of $16.00 - $17.00 per hour are offered for this role.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Perform shuttle requests to and from the airport.
• Respond to guest requests with professionalism and patience.

Your goal is to ensure and maintain a clean environment for our guests, facilitate guest service requests, and perform shuttle requests to and from the airport.

Responsibilities

• Perform shuttle requests to and from the airport
• Respond to requests with professionalism and patience
• Respond to guest room issues
• Maintain a high level of guest service
• Strictly adhere to health and safety rules and regulations
• Work well in a team environment
