Job summary

CBRE Government and Defense is seeking a custodial professional for routine interior and exterior maintenance to ensure clean, safe facilities. The role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm, with responsibilities including daily cleaning, restock of supplies, and safe handling of chemicals.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of related experience, with physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs and moving furniture as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required with 2 years of related experience.
• Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks (lift up to 50 lbs) and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow procedures.
• Able to work well in a team and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily cleaning support to high-traffic areas.
• Stock bathrooms with toilet paper, towels, and soap.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, and wipe surfaces including storage areas and restrooms.
• Dust furniture, walls, and equipment and rearrange items as needed.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors with cleaners and squeegees.
• Ensure cleaning supplies are stored safely and securely.
