Qualifications

• Ability to complete preventive maintenance tasks and maintain records.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, and basic repairs.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled and keep records up to date.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations.
• Troubleshoot facility issues and determine repair solutions.
• Inspect building systems and equipment for proper operation.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, parts, and tools.
• Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and accounted for.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE.
• Support the appearance, safety, and functionality of campus facilities.
• Work independently during evening hours with limited supervision.
• Provide professional service to students, staff, visitors and coworkers.
• Assist with additional facility maintenance projects as assigned.
