Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a production associate to support plant operations in packaging and changeovers. You will receive drums from production and prepare them for palletizing, following SOPs to ensure quality and safety.

The role involves lifting, turning, and stacking containers up to 35 lbs and standing for long shifts. The position requires a high school diploma, prior manufacturing experience, and the ability to work in a hot environment with hand tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work fast-paced production lines.
• Must follow safety guidelines and training requirements.
• Team oriented with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Performs assignments according to safety specifications and requirements.
• Meets production standards within required time.
• Maintains clean, organized work areas.
• Reports all production waste to Supervisor.
• Ensures safety and quality throughout production.
• Notifies Supervisor when stepping off the line to maintain standards.
• Performs other duties as required by Supervisor or Manager.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.
