Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is hiring for a packaging production associate in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The role involves receiving drums, trimming excess plastic, and palletizing while following safety and quality SOPs. The job also includes assisting in packaging for internal and external use and supporting changeovers with production teammates.

Shift hours are 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. Union representation applies, with a comprehensive benefits package and shift differential after training.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Must understand verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production standards.
• Must follow safety and quality standards throughout production.

Responsibilities

• Operate in safety-driven production environment and follow instructions.
• Meet production standards within set time frames.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
• Report production waste and quality/safety issues to supervisor.
• Ensure safety and quality when stepping off the line and during changeovers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
