Job summary

SupplyHouse is seeking an Outbound Supervisor to join our OH fulfillment center team at 6085 Winchester Pike, Columbus, OH 43110. The role reports to the Outbound Manager and drives accuracy, efficiency, and on-time order fulfillment from picking through final shipment.

The candidate will lead the Picking and Packing Teams, ensure Fast Track deadlines, and collaborate with Training and Customer Service to address issues and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or distribution.
• Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dailyPicking and Packing operations to meet Fast Track shipment deadlines.
• Delegate assignments, wave orders, and manage replenishments to maintain schedule.
• Serve as primary contact for Customer Service on high-priority orders and issues.
• Lead training and development for associates with the Training Team.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching to drive KPI success.
• Attend HR and Operations Leadership meetings weekly.
