Job summary

Chick-fil-A Alpine Ave is seeking a Front of House / Customer Service Manager for the evening shift. You will supervise the front-of-house team, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards during a high-volume service window.

The role starts as a Manager in Training with a pay range of $18–$24/hour. It is a full-time, on-site management position with opportunities for leadership development and growth within the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in fast-paced service environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team and guest interaction.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or restaurant management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front-of-house team during the evening shift (2PM–close).
• Supervise staff, ensure hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to policies.
• Resolve guest issues and coach team members to improve service.
