Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with our Recipe for Service
• Apply Core 4: Eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected
• Deliver Second Mile Service to guests
• Ensure guests are served promptly and accurately
• Assist leadership in opening or closing procedures
• Maintain clear communication between team members and leaders
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
• Keep work area stocked and presentable
