Job summary

LCB Senior Living, LLC is hiring a part-time Receptionist at The Residence at Shelburne Bay in Shelburne, VT. Evening and overnight shifts are required with weekend availability. Wage is $20.00–$23.00 per hour based on experience, with paid time off and holiday pay for part-time associates.

The receptionist will greet guests, handle calls, perform clerical duties, support front desk operations, and assist with resident and family communications while upholding our service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months to one-year reception experience in an office.
• Ability to type and use a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming telephone calls professionally.
• Greet guests and visitors courteously.
• Coordinate and maintain front desk operations.
• Respond to emergencies and update logs.
