Job summary

Columbia Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent at Cedarbrook Lodge in Seattle. The role focuses on efficient guest check-in/check-out, handling room credits, keys, and guest requests in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have hospitality or customer service experience, familiarity with a property management system, and strong communication skills. Hours are 3 PM–11 PM, Monday through Sunday, with benefits and perks described in the posting.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Previous experience in cash handling & computerized POS system preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Working knowledge of the front desk and hotel procedures.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently.
• Operate property management system and PBX/radio paging as per procedure.
• Issue room keys and explain services and hotel amenities.
• Resolve guest issues with professionalism and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate restaurant, transportation, or activity reservations for guests.
