Responsibilities

• Welcome and check-in all guests to the facility.
• Assist staff in providing and coordinating services to residents, families and guests.
• Answer telephone calls and direct calls appropriately.
• Create and maintain a customer-friendly environment that respects each individual.
• Oversee Reception area for organization and compliance.
• Sort and distribute mail.
• Engage with residents to ensure high satisfaction and report concerns to Case Management.
• Carry out duties as assigned by Management Team.
• Adhere to policies and procedures.
• Handle flow book and appointment paperwork, distribute forms to correct departments.
