• Welcome and check in all guests to the facility.
• Assist staff in coordinating services for residents, families, and guests.
• Answer telephone calls, direct appropriately, respond to call bells promptly.
• Help residents and staff solve problems and encourage participation.
• Foster a warm, welcoming environment for residents, families, and guests.
• Oversee resident attendance at mealtimes.
• Maintain organization and compliance in the Reception area.
• Provide coverage of the reception area or other departments as needed.
• Sort and distribute mail to individuals’ mailboxes when required.
• Engage with residents to ensure high satisfaction and report issues to Administrator.
• Light cleaning in the lobby and maintain a presentable front desk.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by Management.
