Southcoast Health is seeking a Public Safety Monitor - Front Desk at St. Luke's Hospital in New Bedford, MA.

This part-time role (20 hours, evening shift 2:45pm–8:15pm with weekend and holiday rotation) serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors and requires strong customer service skills. The successful candidate will welcome guests, provide directions, request assistance as needed, and may participate in on-site safety procedures.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Prior security, customer service, or administrative experience a plus.
• MOAB de-escalation training required within 120 days of hire.
• Fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19, or approved exemption by signing a statement.
