Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Meet state or provincial health related requirements.
• Maintain any other certification as required by state or provincial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Staff reception desk continuously during assigned period.
• Arrange coverage of reception desk during break and lunch periods.
• Greet visitors and assist them as necessary.
• Assist residents and coordinate with team members as needed.
• Maintain Resident and Guest Register.
• Answer telephone and direct calls or relay messages.
• Direct incoming communications to appropriate persons.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Business Office Director.
• Perform basic maintenance of office equipment.
• Prepare resident move-in packets.
• Conduct tours for prospective residents and perform marketing duties.
• Assist with resident activities as needed.
• Track incoming resident and community packages.
• Maintain the coffee station in the Bistro.
• Keep front entrance and common areas welcoming and company-ready.
