Integrated Real Estate Group is seeking a Concierge for evenings and weekends at one of our Texas communities. The role is the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and callers at the front desk, requiring professional and courteous behavior.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, handling calls, mail, admin tasks, resident communications, basic office support, and assisting with events. Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience; proficiency

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year of related experience or training.
• Basic typing and computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Windows and word processing applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage reception in a warm, professional manner.
• Represent the community and refer residents/families to marketing.
• Answer phones, direct calls, and maintain logs of emergency contacts.
• Handle mail and packages; coordinate outgoing mail with carriers.
• Assist with monthly resident statements and accounts payable coding.
• Order office supplies and maintain rosters and documentation.
• Assist with resident programs and event reservations.
• Respond to resident emergencies per protocol and assist with evacuations.
• Provide tours to prospective residents when needed.
• Perform clerical duties as assigned and participate in training.
