Qualifications

• Sufficient education and literacy to identify and read product labels and communicate with guests about job-related needs.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and communicate in basic English.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Registers guests, checks them in and out, and handles payments.
• Answer phones and respond to emails in a professional manner.
• Greet guests and provide accurate information about rooms, rates, and amenities.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready and well maintained.
• Upsell additional facilities and services when appropriate.
• Assist VIP guests and group reservations, including wedding guests.
