Job summary

Drury Plaza Hotel in Richardson, TX is hiring for a 3PM-11PM front desk/guest services role. You will greet guests, check them in and out, and promote hotel programs while maintaining guest records and handling cash with courtesy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Warm, friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and team members.
• Strong attention to detail while managing multiple tasks.
• Experience handling cash and basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests at check-in and check-out with courtesy and efficiency.
• Promote company programs, maintain guest records, cash handling, and monitor guest satisfaction.
• Assist with breakfast and Kickback service, including food preparation, setup, guests served, and cleanup.
• Present and maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to reflect the Drury culture to customers and coworkers.
