Job summary

Biltmore Farms Night Auditor / Front Desk Supervisor in Asheville, NC is seeking a candidate with strong math, accounting basics, and guest-service skills. You will serve as overnight Manager on Duty, help maintain security, complete daily reports, and support front desk operations.

Starting pay is $18.50 per hour, with opportunities to earn e-tips, hotel discounts for you and your family, and wellness programs including a year-end bonus. Weekend overnight availability is required.

Qualifications

• Two-year associate degree preferred, but not required.
• Previous hotel or service-related experience required.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty during overnight hours.
• Resolve guest issues with discretion and uphold standards.
• Support Front Office including Bellperson and Concierge.
• Greet guests warmly and ensure accurate billing upon checkout.
• Close out the day with auto-posting of charges.
• Read the front desk log and stay informed of hotel activities.
• Must be available to work overnight Saturdays and Sundays.
