CJ Schwan’s in Wisconsin is seeking a full-time forklift operator for a warehouse role. You will receive product requests, pick pallets from storage racks, and load trailers for distribution. Safety and accuracy are essential in daily tasks.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of related warehousing experience, and forklift certification. Knowledge of WMS and SAP ERP is preferred. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years related experience in warehouse operations.
• Forklift certification required; cart driver training may be provided.
• Ability to work in cold temperatures (30 degrees).
• Experience with WMS and SAP ERP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive product requests from load sheets and pick pallets for loading.
• Load pallets on trailers from storage racks to proper location.
• Operate lift equipment in accordance with safety regs.
• Report malfunctions of equipment to supervisor.
• May assist with periodic inventories as necessary.
