Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Tugger to move product with a forklift, load and unload, and keep recycle areas clean and orderly. You will follow safety rules and work as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse.

The role requires at least a high school diploma or GED, and may require forklift certification and a valid driver’s license with a clear MVR. Daily duties include paperwork, inspections, and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: High school diploma / GED.
• Six months to one year in a company environment or equivalent experience/training.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid Driver’s license with clear MVR.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Completed all safety and task training certifications.

Responsibilities

• Move product safely using a forklift to load and unload products.
• Maintain a clean work area and comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Follow supervisor directions verbally and in writing.
• Complete paperwork and submit at end of shift.
• Perform daily Pre & Post shift forklift inspections.
• Attend and participate in daily safety meetings.
• Operate compactor per manufacturer specifications and notify when full for pickup.
• Assist with recycling and disposal of cardboard and wood.
• Use proper personal protective equipment.
• Understand customer service and satisfaction.
