Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Tugger for evening shifts to move product with a forklift, load and unload items, and maintain clean, safe recycle areas. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.

Valid driver’s license with clean MVR and forklift certification may be required. Responsibilities include performing pre/post shift forklift inspections, completing paperwork, and participating in daily safety meetings.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Six months to one year in a company environment or equivalent experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Move product safely using a forklift to load and unload products.
• Keep assigned recycle/reuse areas clean and orderly.
• Follow supervisor directions verbally and in writing.
• Maintain clean work area and follow safety rules, policies and procedures.
• Complete paperwork and submit at end of shift.
• Perform daily Pre & Post shift forklift inspections.
• Attend daily safety meetings.
• Notify management when compactors are full for pickup.
• Assist with recycling, cardboard, and wood disposal.
• Use proper personal protective equipment.
• Understand customer service and satisfaction.
