Job summary
Stratosphere Quality in Lincoln, AL is seeking a Tugger Operator earning $18.27 per hour. 1st and 2nd shift positions available with potential for advancement.
The role focuses on loading/unloading with powered industrial trucks, maintaining safety records, and supporting inventory control. On-the-job training is available, and benefits accrue after probationary period.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- RF scanner gun operation experience preferred.
- Forklift certification per OSHA standards required.
- Good math, language and reading skills.
- Clean driving record may be required.
Responsibilities
- Loads and unloads product; safely stacking and storing.
- Moves product from staging to designated areas in the facility.
- Ensures inbound/outbound shipment accuracy.
- Maintains records to guarantee accuracy and inventory.
- Assists with physical inventory and follows OSHA/MSDS standards.
- Performs daily equipment checks and maintenance logs.
- Executes assignments accurately, timely and safely.
- Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
- All other duties as assigned.

Operates powered industrial trucks to load and unload materials and deliveries and moves them to and from storage areas, machines and loading docks into trucks or storage facilities. The Forklift operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the unit.
- Loads and unloads product; efficiently and safely stacking/storing product
- Moves product from staging or storage areas to designated areas in the facility
- Ensures accuracy of inbound and outbound shipments
- Maintains appropriate records/reports to guarantee accuracy and inventory
- Assists with physical inventory
- Complies with all OSHA and MSDS Standards
- Performs daily equipment checks and maintains maintenance log
- Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner
- Maintains a clean & safe environment
- All other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Good math, language and reading skills; basic computer skills may be required
- High degree of attention required to prevent injury to others; promote a safe work environment
- RF scanner gun
- Clean driving record and a valid state motor vehicle operator’s license may be required
- Forklift certification per OSHA standards
