Job summary

Carter LOGISTEED Express, Inc. | Carter LOGISTEED Logistics, LLC. seeks a Forklift Operator for its crossdock facility in the United States. You will operate a sit-down forklift, unload inbound freight, scan items, and load outbound trailers in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, warehouse and forklift experience preferred, and must be able to work Monday through Friday with potential weekend shifts. Safety and 5S standards are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior warehouse and forklift experience highly preferred.
• Must be self-driven with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
• Must be able to follow given directions to complete tasks and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit down forklift.
• Unload inbound freight.
• Scan freight into the system.
• Notify Supervisor of any overage, shortage, or damage to freight.
• Load outbound trailers.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Work Monday - Friday.
• Weekend requirements may apply with advanced notice.
