Job summary

OC Staffing and HR Solutions is hiring for a warehouse associate position in Aurora, IL. The role requires experience operating Cherry Picker and Reach Truck, along with RF scanning and outbound picking in a fast-paced automotive parts distribution center.

You will perform order packing, staging, inventory verification, and ensure accuracy of SKUs and quantities while maintaining safety and organization in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• MUST have recent experience operating a Cherry Picker.
• MUST have recent experience operating a Reach Truck.
• RF Scanner experience REQUIRED.
• Previous outbound/order picking experience REQUIRED.
• Inventory and cycle count experience preferred.
• Experience in a distribution or automotive parts warehouse is a plus.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Reliable transportation and good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate Cherry Picker and Reach forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Perform outbound order picking using RF scanners.
• Pick and pull automotive parts accurately based on customer orders.
• Stage, palletize, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and product verification.
• Verify SKUs, quantities, and locations to ensure order accuracy.
• Replenish inventory as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures at all times.
• Assist with other general warehouse duties as assigned.
