Job summary

RTC in Romeoville, IL is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick, pack, and deliver items to production lines and loading docks. You will operate a Reach Truck, load/unload trucks, and maintain accurate inventory movement with RF scanning while following 5S standards.

We offer union-based employment with a $22.10/hr base pay plus a $2.00/hr premium, overtime after 8 hours, and benefits including 401(k) with company match, health and life insurance, paid time off, holidays, and annual profit

Qualifications

• Must be experienced as a Reach Truck operator.
• Must speak English fluently.
• Must have excellent math skills and basic computer skills.
• Must have working knowledge of warehouse documentation.

Responsibilities

• Pick and deliver RTC inventory to production lines and designated areas.
• Transfer and locate receiving inventory into warehouse locations accurately.
• Prepare material movement documents timely and accurately.
• Operate RF barcode scanning equipment for real-time transactions.
• Load and unload trucks and maintain a clean, organized work area per 5S.
