Job summary

Everflow Supplies is seeking a safety-focused Cherry Picker Operator to join our Addison, IL warehouse. You will pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment using a cherry picker, RF scanners, and inventory systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of recent cherry picker experience.
• Experience with RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems.
• Ability to read and interpret pick tickets and shipping documents.
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate a cherry picker to retrieve and store products throughout the warehouse.
• Perform pre-shift inspections of equipment and report issues promptly.
• Accurately pick customer orders using pick tickets and RF scanners.
• Assemble and stage orders on pallets for shipment.
• Transport completed orders to shipping or staging areas.
• Verify shipments are complete and free from damage.
• Report damaged merchandise or inventory discrepancies to management.
• Tag and report open or damaged cartons to maintain a safe environment.
• Receive, unpack, count, sort, and label incoming products as needed.
• Utilize barcode scanners and inventory systems to keep records accurate.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following safety policies.
• Communicate issues to Shipping Supervisor or Manager promptly.
• Support warehouse operations by performing additional duties as assigned.
