Job summary

Wis-Pak Inc. in Norfolk, Nebraska is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support loading and unloading trucks, operate forklifts, and maintain accurate inventory documentation in a fast-paced distribution setting. You will follow safety policies, use barcode scanners, and work overtime during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation experience or certification is required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures.
• Willingness to work overtime during peak production.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
• Basic computer and scanner proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety, health, quality, Food Safety, GMP, and company policies.
• Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet-building machines, and yard tractors.
• Use barcode scanners and computer systems to track inventory and shipments.
• Complete and file all required documentation in a timely and organized manner.
