Job summary

McCall Farms, Inc. is seeking a Fork Lift Driver in Production working 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM to supply materials across the plant and to pull/load customer shipments from the Distribution Center. The role requires forklift certification and reliable, safe operation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include stocking, loading trucks, setting up lines, and maintaining accurate inventory. Candidates must read safety rules and procedures and pass standard forklift tests.

Qualifications

• Forklift training and certification required; must pass written and driving tests.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and procedure manuals.
• Basic math skills for quantities and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Supply materials to locations throughout the plant.
• Pull and load trucks with product for customers.
• Rotate stock to ensure oldest products are used first.
• Set up lines and ensure totes are in proper locations for processing.
• Unload raw product from trailers and trucks.
• Maintain current knowledge of product location and quantity for inventory control.
• Perform forklift inspections as required.
