Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a dependable Forklift Operator for the 3rd shift (11:30 PM – 7:30 AM, Sun–Thu) in Washington. The role involves operating forklifts and material-handling equipment, supplying production lines, and supporting shipping and receiving while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

The ideal candidate has forklift experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, familiarity with automated equipment, and ability to pass required safety training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience safely operating forklifts in manufacturing/warehouse environments.
• Experience with high-speed automated production machinery preferred.
• Must complete Powered Industrial Truck Training (29 CFR 1910.178) per company policy.
• Ability to lift and handle materials up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate automated production machines and equipment following SOPs and training.
• Operate forklifts, walk-behind equipment, and other material-handling devices.
• Supply production machines with components and materials to maintain efficiency.
• Deliver palletized materials to production areas promptly.
• Perform quality checks and maintain production records.
• Support shipping and receiving to meet production goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
