Lineage is hiring a Forklift Mechanic to maintain and repair essential warehouse equipment in a cold storage setting. You will troubleshoot, service, and repair forklifts, pallet jacks, turrets, and aerial lifts, with opportunities to cross-train in other maintenance areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in forklift maintenance, automotive, diesel, or industrial maintenance.
• Familiarity with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• OSHA forklift certification or related training is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in cold storage environments, and use tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on MHE such as forklifts, pallet jacks, turrets, and aerial lifts.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, implementing effective solutions.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
• Maintain accurate service records, documenting repairs and parts usage.
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairs of other facility equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to improve efficiency and minimize operational disruptions.
