Job summary

Lineage, the world’s leading temperature-controlled logistics company, seeks a Maintenance Technician II with a strong mechanical background to support operations in a fast-paced cold storage environment. You will maintain building infrastructure and material handling equipment, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, perform preventative maintenance, and record all work.

Qualifications

• Experience in facility maintenance or related mechanical fields.
• Basic electrical knowledge preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a cold storage environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and independent work skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building infrastructure, including dock doors, overhead doors, and related systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, implementing effective solutions.
• Maintain and troubleshoot material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Identify and resolve mechanical and basic electrical issues within the facility.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure uptime and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation of work performed.
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairs of other facility equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to improve reliability and minimize downtime.
