Responsabilités

• Directs dishwashing/cleaning operations and related warewashing tasks.
• Directs and monitors flow of dishes, trays, and silverware to prevent bottlenecks.
• Directs and monitors workflow of unit dining areas and service operations.
• Schedules dietary aides and cafeteria servers.
• Assists with care and maintenance of department equipment and supplies.
• Maintains department records, reports and files.
• Assigns personnel to workstations, orients and trains staff, and evaluates performance.
• Attends meetings and participates in in-service programs.
