Responsabilités

• Assess unit service needs for food, paper, dishware and cleanliness.
• Pick up non-food supplies, diet lists, menus and restock cabinets.
• Set up service areas, take temperatures and record results.
• Serve resident meals according to CNA orders.
• Clean service areas and utensils after each meal.
• Return soiled items and unused food to the dish room.
• Sanitize all service items using the dish machine.
• Take inventory for the next shift and place in kitchen mailbox.
• Complete sanitation checklist and submit to supervisor.
