Taco Bell in Massachusetts is hiring Crew Members who can work after dinner and late nights. Schedules vary by location, with shifts starting as early as 4:00pm and extending past midnight.

The Customer Service/Food-Kitchen Crew Member greets guests, takes orders, processes payments, keeps the dining area clean, restocks, and assists delivery partners. Must be 18+, have reliable transportation, be able to stand long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules/manuals.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and positively engage guests in the restaurant.
• Accurately accept orders and process payments.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable area for guests and team members.
• Work well with delivery partners.
• Keep facilities clean by wiping tables, washing dishes, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Assist with menu item questions and prep ingredients.
• Restock product and workstations.
