The Crew Member role focuses on friendly guest service, teamwork, and maintaining a clean, safe dining area. No prior experience is required; reliable transportation helps, and paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating & maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Greet and positively engage guests in the restaurant.
• Accurately accept guests' orders and process payments.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming dining area for guests and team members.
• Work well with Delivery Partners.
• Keep the facility clean by wiping tables, washing dishes, and sweeping/mopping floors.
• Assist with food preparation as needed.
• Restock products and workstation supplies.
