Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Busser/Food Runner to support our late-afternoon and evening shifts in a high-pace dining environment. Responsibilities include delivering food, coordinating between servers and kitchen, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualified candidates will have at least two years in food and beverage, the ability to read kitchen tickets, and strong knowledge of service standards. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of busser or food runner experience.
• Able to carry three entrée plates for long distances.
• Ability to read kitchen tickets and understand seat/table numbers.
• Able to work long hours including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must communicate in English with guests.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages from kitchen to guests in a timely and organized manner using kitchen tickets.
• Lead communication between servers and culinary team.
• Read kitchen tickets to ensure quality and accuracy of orders.
• Monitor guests dining experience and ensure satisfaction with food and service.
• Respond to guest requests and convey them to the server.
• Maintain overall cleanliness of the restaurant and service areas.
• Assist bussers as needed with clearing tables, especially with large parties.
• Provide guidance to guests on dining options and attractions.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to meet health and safety standards.
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor.
