Job summary

Legends is seeking a Runner/Busser in Denver, CO to deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately, assist with clearing tables, and help maintain overall restaurant cleanliness. The 2nd shift typically runs in the late afternoons and evenings.

Qualified candidates have at least two years of food and beverage experience, can carry three entrée plates, read kitchen tickets, and communicate effectively with servers and the culinary team.

Qualifications

• At least two years of food and beverage experience as a busser or runner.
• Ability to carry three entrée plates at the same time for long distances up to 150 ft.
• Ability to read kitchen tickets and understand seat numbers and course breakdowns.
• Flexibility to work long hours including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and transport up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to communicate in English with guests.
• Willingness to obtain TEAM Coalition Alcohol Management certificate.
• Maintain personal hygiene and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages from kitchen to guests in a timely, organized manner.
• Lead communication between servers and culinary team.
• Read kitchen tickets to ensure quality and accuracy of orders.
• Monitor guest dining experience and ensure satisfaction at each table.
• Respond to guest requests and relay them to servers promptly.
• Maintain overall cleanliness of the restaurant and service areas.
• Assist bussers with clearing tables, especially during peak periods.
• Provide guidance to guests on dining options and attractions.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards.
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor.
