Job summary

Paradies Lagardère in Denver is seeking a part-time Busser to support dining room operations. The role focuses on assisting servers, clearing tables, and maintaining cleanliness while upholding the TRIFIC values and hospitality standards. Must be able to lift 25 lbs and work extended hours in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Pay rate is $19.29 per hour. Experience in high-volume dining and ServSafe certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High volume or fast casual dining experience preferred.
• ServSafe Certification or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to take direction and collaborate in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a high energy and demanding environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as with other team members.
• Able to work unsupervised for extensive periods, and to demonstrate good judgment when dealing with customers and peers.
• Standing for long periods and ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.; work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Set and prepare tables for dining, including folding napkins and placing tableware.
• Clear and sanitize tables and chairs after guests leave.
• Assist servers and bartenders with table service.
• Support food runners, hosts, servers, bartenders, and expeditors when needed.
• Communicate with server and hostess to ensure efficient seating and service.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of work areas.
• Respond to guest inquiries in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and grooming/uniform guidelines.
