Job summary

The DoubleTree by Hilton McLean Tysons is hiring a Busser/Food Runner to support restaurant service during the PM shift. You will clear and reset tables, assist servers, and help ensure guests have a smooth dining experience while adhering to health standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, are customer focused and detail oriented, and can lift up to 50 pounds. Prior bussing experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred; training is provided and benefits include

Qualifications

• Must be customer focused, pay attention to details, and work well with others.
• Must be able to perform job duties in a repetitious and fast paced environment.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Requires walking, standing, carrying and lifting throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide courteous service.
• Clear and wipe tables, clear dishes, restock as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow regulations.
• Assist servers and kitchen staff as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and adhere to attendance policy.
