The role focuses on cleaning and maintaining hotel public spaces, stocking housekeeping supplies, and assisting housekeepers and guests with courteous service. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Housekeeping/Laundry experience preferred; attention to detail, customer focus, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 75 pounds on a consistent basis throughout shift.
• Significant bending required.

Responsibilities

• Cleanliness: clean hotel public spaces, stock supplies, and deliver items to guest rooms.
• Guest Service: ensure guest satisfaction with housekeeping service and respond to requests promptly.
• Safety/Risk Management: maintain clean, safe work area and follow chemical safety and hotel procedures.
• Self-Management: manage workload, attend meetings, and follow attendance and grooming standards.
