Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Comply with Plant, State, and Federal regulations (OSHA, EPA, FDA, HACCP, SQF).
• Verify products in process meet specifications (color, appearance, diameter, weight).
• Start up and shut down machinery safely.
• Monitor machinery temperature to meet specs.
• Clean machinery daily per sanitation standards.
• Document mixing logs accurately.
• Report discrepancies to Lead and Supervisor promptly.
• Follow QA, SQF, and food safety standards.
• Adhere to plant safety procedures.
• Wear PPE and follow lockout/tagout.
• Support wastewater management; perform other duties as needed.
