Qualifications

• Must follow GMP and Food Safety procedures.
• Ability to operate and maintain mixing equipment.
• Ability to document batch information accurately and thoroughly.
• Compliance with OSHA, FDA, HACCP, SQF and plant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Produce dough by following formulations and batch procedures.
• Monitor dough temperature and ensure product specs (color, appearance, diameter, weight).
• Record daily production logs and batch information.
• Order materials from the warehouse as needed.
