Job summary

Magnolia Foods, Llc. in Mira Loma, CA is seeking a 2nd Shift Mixer to prepare and mix ingredients according to current formulas while adhering to GMP and food safety procedures. You will operate mixing equipment, maintain batch documentation, and ensure product specifications are met.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work with a team, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 1:45pm to 10:00pm. Prior experience with mixing equipment is preferred and OSHA/FDA guidelines apply.

Qualifications

• Experience handling mixing equipment and ingredients according to formulas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials and ingredients for batching.
• Follow formulations precisely for each batch.
• Mix ingredients to produce dough according to specifications.
• Verify dough temperature and ensure product meets color, appearance, diameter, and weight specs.
• Identify ingredients with weights and lot numbers.
• Avoid using damaged, expired, or defective raw materials.
• Start up and shut down mixing machinery safely.
• Clean equipment and maintain line cleanliness.
• Document all relevant batch information.
• Follow OSHA, EPA, FDA, HACCP, SQF regulations and wear PPE.
