Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Comply with OSHA, EPA, FDA, HACCP, and SQF regulations.
• Perform sanitation duties per Master Sanitation Schedule.
• Complete daily housekeeping throughout the plant.
• Complete weekly cleaning assignments.
• Support sanitation department management as needed.
• Record sanitation tasks on the sanitation schedule form.
• Coordinate and assist with maintaining cleaning materials inventory.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks (e.g., replace bulbs).
• Wear PPE and follow safety procedures.
• Assist with wastewater management.
• Maintain compliance with quality and food safety requirements.
