Job summary

Lyons Magnus, a leading international food and beverage manufacturer, seeks a Production Operator for its Westlake, OH facility. You will batch and cook syrups, sauces and toppings and operate the filler under the supervision of the Production Lead.

Compensation includes $21.00 per hour plus shift differential. Hours are 1:45pm–12:00am, Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays; OT and weekend work may be required. Work environment is a manufacturing production setting with GMP and SQF guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand English-language recipes and instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Food manufacturing experience preferred, good safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients according to recipes in RedZone.
• Cook or blend products to recipe specs.
• Verify BRIX and pH to meet requirements.
• Monitor temperatures during cooking.
• Set up and operate fillers, cappers, kettles, pumps, and piping.
